Open house set for Skidaway Road plan

SAVANNAH, GA (WTOC) -

A meeting to talk about proposed changes for Skidaway Road is set for Thursday.

The session will allow attendees to view the proposed project, ask questions and comment on the proposal.

The proposed improvements include multi-use paths, intersection changes that consist of turn lanes and medians at various locations and the realignment of Central Avenue, Sunset Boulevard and Rowland Avenue.

The open house will take place from 6 to 8 p.m. at Bible Baptist Church at 4700 Skidaway Road at Savannah.
