Man sought for using stolen credit cards

BEAUFORT, SC (WTOC) -

Beaufort police are asking for the public's help in finding a man wanted in connection with using stolen credit cards.

Ricky Edward Smith, 33, is wanted on charges of financial transaction card theft. Police said he used credit cards that were stolen in the August burglary of the Baptist Church of Beaufort.

Anyone with information on Smith's whereabouts can call Inv. Dowling at 843.322.7950, or remain anonymous by calling the tipline at 843.322.7938.
