Man missing since New Year's Eve

SAVANNAH, GA (WTOC) -

Police are asking for the public's help in finding a Wilmington Island man who hasn't been seen since Dec. 31.

Charles Rousseau Ray, 35, was last seen leaving the Wilmington Island area.  

He's 5'9" tall, weighs 140 lbs and has brown hair and blue eyes. He suffers from Tourette's Syndrome and  is without his medications, according to the Savannah Area Regional Intelligence Center.

Anyone with information on Ray's whereabouts can contact Savannah-Chatham Metro Police.
