BEAUFORT, SC (WTOC) -
The Collaborative Organization of Services for Youth will hold a free training course on Thursday, January 17th at the Center for the Arts at USC Beaufort.
The topic for the course will be "Get in the Game", and led by Nathanial "Coach" Myers of the Williamsburg County Alcohol and Drug Department.
Anyone dealing with stress can benefit from the course, as it looks into how to best deal with stress in an individual's everyday life.
COSY trainings are free and open to the public, but you have to register before the day of the event.
