SAVANNAH, GA (WTOC) -
Two men arrested in connection with trying to break into several auto dealerships on Savannah's south side have been officially charged.
Savannah-Chatham Metro Police charged 21-year-old Barsheen Lang and 19-year-old Kenneth Allen with theft and burglary.
Police said the men stole an SUV, used it to remove a gate and make a stop at another business on Thursday morning. The men were arrested after police chased them into a wooded area behind Critz Buick GMC on Abercorn Street.
The incident remains under investigation. The men are expected in court on Jan. 16.
