Jasper Co. schools look for continued success

Jasper County School Superintendent Dr. Vashti Washington is gearing up for even more success in the second half of the school year. She says she is proud of all the accomplishments so far.

"We have done some phenomenal things in the past year. I am excited that we were able to put out a publication, our very first newsletter for the district, and we got it out to more than 400 businesses in the community," said Washington.

On Jan. 15, international artist Jonathon Green will be the honored guest at the district's inaugural art exhibit.
