Interim city manager's contract extended

SAVANNAH, GA (WTOC) -

The city of Savannah is still without a permanent city manager. The search process remains on hold.

Acting Savannah City Manager Stephanie Cutter's tenure in the interim has been extended 90 more days.

On Thursday with her three-month contract the city about to expire, the city needed to make the move.

There's still no word on when a search for a new permanent city manager will begin.
