Tybee City Council to vote on electronic sign

TYBEE ISLAND, GA (WTOC) -

The Tybee City Council is thinking about adding a traffic sign to US 80.

On Thursday night, the City Council will vote on adding an electronic message sign on U.S. 80 near Bryan Woods Drive to let eastbound traffic know of any issues on the Tybee road.

The proposed costs would be shared by Chatham County and Georgia Department of Transportation.
