Van rolls over on I-16

CHATHAM CO., GA (WTOC) -

Part of I-16 eastbound was shutdown for several hours Friday after a wreck. A van rolled over near the Bloomingdale Rd. exit after the driver lost control.

The driver, a man whose name police aren't releasing yet, is in bad shape. He was taken to Memorial University Medical Center with serious injuries.

Savannah-Chatham Police closed one lane of traffic while they investigated the wreck.
