A Richmond Hill woman is scheduled to appear in a Chatham County courtroom Monday for a pretrial hearing in connection with the wrong-way driving death of a Bryan County sheriff's deputy.
Patricia Collins is charged with vehicular homicide in the June traffic death of Bryan County Sheriff's Deputy Sgt. Robert Warren "Bobby" Crapse.
The Georgia Bureau of Investigations said Collins was intoxicated way over the legal limit when she drove the wrong way on I-95 and struck and killed Crapse.
