Bond hearing set for man charged with wife's slaying

BAXLEY, GA (WTOC) -

A bond hearing date has been set in an Appling County murder case.

Jon Courson, who been charged with the Jan. 4 murder of his wife Mandy, will appear on the morning of Feb. 1 in Appling County Superior Court.

The district attorney and defense attorneys are gather information and filing pretrial motions.
