
Enrollment for a new charter school in Savannah is under way - and parents can get more information at a meeting Wednesday night.
Parents can get an overview of the Savannah Classical Academy, which is a free public charter school that's scheduled to open in August.
The school will serve students kindergarten through sixth grade to start - and plans to serve kindergarten through 12th-graders by 2019.
The academy will have an emphasis on liberal arts. The meeting takes place at 6 p.m. AUMC Family Life Center on Tennessee Avenue.
