Isle of Hope Elementary holds spelling bee

SAVANNAH, GA (WTOC) -

Students at Isle of Hope Elementary competed in a spelling bee on Thursday.

The winner was K'Nadja Sims, who will go on to the district spelling bee in February. Lamont Mitchell placed in second and will serve as the alternate for the district bee. Third place went to Jermaine Fate.

WTOC's Sonny Dixon served as the pronouncer.
