SAVANNAH, GA (WTOC) -
Metro recruits will be remembering a Chatham County police officer who was killed
in the line of duty 36 years ago.
The Savannah-Chatham
Metropolitan Police Department will hold its latest "Run to Remember" on Jan. 18, in honor of Daniel Alexander Hodgson.
Hodgson
was 24-years-old and had been a police officer for six months when he was
killed on Stuyvesant Street in West Savannah on March 20, 1976.
