Investigation under way into fatal Coffee Co. house fire

COFFEE CO., GA (WTOC) -

Authorities are still trying to find the cause of a deadly house fire that happened over the weekend in Coffee County.

It happened at a home on Bowen Mill Road in Douglas.

Authorities have identified the victim as Edith Sheffield, 49, of Douglas.

The Georgia State Fire Marshal's Office is still investigating.
