Paving work continues on Whitefield Avenue

SAVANNAH, GA (WTOC) -

Work has started on Whitefield Avenue and Ferguson Avenue in Chatham County.

The Georgia Department of Transportation is paving the intersection. The work began Monday is expected to continue from 9 a.m. until 3 p.m. Tuesday.

There will be police in the area - rerouting traffic during that time.
