HINESVILLE, GA (WTOC) -
One of the five men
indicted on charges related to the domestic terror group called FEAR is
expected in court Tuesday.
A hearing is set for Timothy
Joiner on Jan. 22 at the Liberty County Justice Center in Hinesville.
Joiner is expected to
enter a negotiated guilty plea to all counts of his indictments.
Prosecutors say Joiner
and four other people are accused of hiding evidence in the murder of Tiffany
York and her boyfriend Michael Roark, and others are accused of stealing to
help fund the group.
