BULLOCH CO., GA (WTOC) -
Charges and citations are pending in a crash that occurred Monday morning involving a tanker, truck and semi cab.
Ricky Bryant, of Vidalia, was driving a tanker that was hauling gas for Re`d Star Petroleum, Sharon Furman, of Claxton; was driving a pickup truck and
Charles Williams, of Claxton, was driving a semi cab, according to the Georgia State Patrol.
The tractor-less truck, also called a bobtail, had mechanical problems and Furman was following him in a pickup truck to a repair shop. Both the bobtail and pickup were traveling at about 20-30 mph.
Bryant drove up on them from behind at normal speed and hit pickup, which forced that truck into the back of the bobtail.
