Firefighters put out a wildfire along I-16.
CHATHAM CO., GA (WTOC) -
Drivers slowed down Wednesday
morning to watch firefighters at work along Interstate 16.
They were putting out
a small wildfire along I-16 eastbound just before the Interstate 95
interchange.
Pooler fire crews had
it under control within a few minutes, but traffic started to get congested due
to drivers rubbernecking.
Firefighters didn't
even have to drag out the water hoses. They just used fire extinguishers to put
it out.
