St. Andrew's named Apple Distinguished School

SAVANNAH, GA (WTOC) -

St. Andrew's School on Wilmington Island has been named an Apple Distinguished School for the 2012-2013 academic year for its use of the iPad and Apple technology.

The designation is reserved for schools that excel in areas of innovation, leadership and educational excellence.

St. Andrew's was one of the first schools in the country to start using iPads.
