Wreck sends truck crashing through building

SAVANNAH, GA (WTOC) -

One driver had to be taken to the hospital after an early morning wreck sends their truck crashing into a building in downtown Savannah.

It happened around 1 a.m. Thursday at the intersection of Liberty and Price streets.

Police say the drivers of a pick-up truck and an SUV collided with each other, sending the pick-up into the Spanish Moss Printing building. Both drivers claim they had the green light.

Police say the driver taken to the hospital suffered minor injuries. No other injuries were reported.
