2 injured in Whitfield Avenue wreck

Two people are injured in a wreck on Whitfield Avenue.

SAVANNAH, GA (WTOC) -

Two people were injured in a wreck on Thursday afternoon.

It happened just before 4 p.m. on Whitfield Avenue near Highway 204. Savannah-Chatham Metro Police said it appears one of the drivers failed to yield, which resulted in a collision.

There's no word yet on the extent of the injuries.
