ATLANTA, GA. (WSFA) -

And the winner is...The University of Alabama...we think. For the second time in seven months, Reuben Foster announced his college plans.

Last summer, Foster committed to the Auburn Tigers after being committed to the Crimson Tide for the previous year.

Monday night, during a televised recruiting show on Fox Sports South, the Auburn High School senior publicly changed his mind again, cutting short is "official visit" to the Plains over the weekend before ending up in Tuscaloosa.

Foster, who was excited enough about his Auburn commitment that he has an AU tattoo done, said he didn't decide on the Tide until driving over to Atlanta Monday night.

Foster's declaration is non-binding until Wednesday when he faxes his official letter of intent to the University of Alabama during National Signing Day.
