SAVANNAH, GA (WTOC) -

According to police, a car almost ran into a house at W 52nd St. and Barnard St. Friday afternoon. Police are not releasing many details but it appears the car went through the intersection and hit the metal posts in the yard. The homeowner installed the posts after a different car already went into his home. He is hoping the city does something about the intersection.

"I don't know why the city has not done anything to protect me, my family and the people passing by or driving by. This is a very accidental corner and I think they have to do something," said Raul Zepeba, homeowner.

Zepeba did not say how many times this has happened to his home in the past.
