PEMBROKE, GA (WTOC) -
The funeral for a boy who was
struck by a truck while getting off of school bus is Friday.
Keshawn Odum, 5, died a day after being struck on
Georgia Hwy 119 in Pembroke.
Witnesses said driver of the truck passed the school bus,
but the report by the Georgia State Patrol
states the driver was approaching the bus.
It also said the bus did have its stopping arm down
and lights flashing.It was also raining at the time.
The investigation into the fatal incident continues. The
viewing will be held from noon to 2 p.m. The funeral will be held at 2 p.m. at
the First Baptist Church in Pembroke.
