Flood Warning Issued for Chatham County

CHATHAM CO., GA (WTOC) -

The National Weather Service CHS has placed Chatham County in a Flood Warning.

The Ogeechee River is expected to reach flood stage Sunday morning around 9.1ft. By Friday the river is forecasted to be at 11.3ft, which is considered a minor flood stage. The river is expected to flood over the river banks.
