The horn honks come at least once a minute for Paul Goodwin. The Shelby man works for Little Caesar's on South Lafayette Street. His job is to dance around with his orange sign and lure customers in to buy a hot pizza. But he sees it as much more than a job, to him it's a calling.
"My prayer everyday when I come out here is, Lord just work through me and shine through me. So that people can see that life is not as bad as it seems these days. You know, people need hope," says Goodwin who came to Shelby several months ago to be with his daughter.
Goodwin says his faith brings him to work and he says God works through him to make people smile. Whether they buy a pizza or not.
