The deaerator will move through the following counties:

  • Screven County on State Route 21, 73 and 24
  • Effingham County on Ebenezer Road and State Route 21
  • Burke County on State Route 23 and 24, Murray Hill Road, Millhaven Road, and Ebenezer Church Road

Tranfer times will be from 8:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., Friday, Feb. 22 and Saturday, Feb. 23, weather permitting.

Drivers can expect traffic along these routes to be slow and even stopped at times due to the size of the load.

The mega load is two lanes wide so motorists should exercise extreme caution in its vicinity and follow instructions from the law enforcement escort.
