SAVANNAH, GA (WTOC) -
The final day of the Press Institute wrapped up at Savannah State University Friday.
Students interested in sports got to hear from the sportscasters in the area, including WTOC's Rick Snow.
The Press Institute is a annual event at the school, giving students interested in working in the media a chance to learn more about the industry. They also were able to ask questions to prominent members of the media in the community.
"What I got from it today is be passionate and be yourself." said Yakub Sander, SSU student.
This was the 62nd year for the Press Institute.
