Dal Cannady's 2013 walk for American Red Cross

SAVANNAH, GA (WTOC) -

From Feb. 27 to March 5, WTOC's Dal Cannady is walking 96 miles in just 7 days.

The walk is part of the Heroes for the American Red Cross campaign. The heroes - Red Cross staff and volunteers - help those in need. They respond day or night to help victims of fires or other disasters.

  • Wednesday, Feb. 27 - From the outskirts of Sylvania to the Bulloch County line (Ogeechee River)
  • Thursday, Feb. 28 - Walmart Distribution Center ( Gateway Industrial Park to Claxton city limits.
  • Friday, March 1 - Reidsville to Glennville
  • Saturday, March 2 - Metter to Cobbtown
  • Sunday, March 3 - East side of Lyons through Vidalia
  • Monday March 4 - Vidalia to Uvalda
  • Tuesday, March 5 - Baxley to Hazlehurst
