Lowcountry man charged with exploitation of a vulnerable adult

BEAUFORT, SC (WTOC) -

A man is behind bars in the lowcountry after police say he took advantage of a senior citizen in Beaufort and used her credit card.

Officers arrested Ross Redler, 51, on Tuesday. He has been charged with exploitation of a vulnerable adult and financial transaction card fraud.
