Vidalia police: Search nets 24 Xanax bars, Roxicodone pills

VIDALIA, GA (WTOC) -

A Vidalia man is in custody on drug charges after a search warrant was executed at his home.

Vidalia Police Chief Frank Waits said 33-year-old Wesley Allan Redlin is charged with possession of a controlled substance with the intent to distribute and possession of marijuana with the intent to distribute.

A search warrant was executed on Redlin's home on Jungle Road. Police said that an estimated half an ounce of marijuana, 24 Xanax bars and 154 Roxicodone pills were found during the search.

The investigation continues. More charges may be filed.
