SR 204 Spur/Whitfield Avenue bridge work postponed

CHATHAM CO., GA (WTOC) -

Bridge work that was scheduled to take place this weekend has been postponed. As a result, State Route 204 Spur/Whitfield Avenue at Truman Parkway will remain open over the weekend.

Crews had been scheduled to work on the new bridge on Truman Parkway over SR 204/Spur/Whitfield Avenue.

The work will be rescheduled and notification will be forthcoming, according to the Georgia Dept. of Transportation.
