Watch the 189th Saint Patrick's Day Mass and Parade

SAVANNAH, GA (WTOC) -

The Hostess City is celebrating Saint Patrick's Day this weekend. WTOC's coverage of the 189th Savannah Saint Patrick's Day Parade will begin at 8 a.m. Saturday with a live broadcast of the mass at the Cathedral of St. John the Baptist. Watch live coverage of the mass, WTOC's pre-parade show at about 9:15 a.m. and the parade at 10:15 here:

    Subtropical Storm Alberto continues to bring heavy rain and a high risk for rip currents to the Gulf Coast.  Alberto is just west of Tampa and moving to north by northwest at 12mph.  Peak winds are 50 mph and no significant strengthening is expected as we head into Monday.
