Avondale traffic calming meeting set for Thursday

SAVANNAH, GA (WTOC) -

Resident in the Avondale neighborhood will get a chance to voice their concerns about traffic in that area.

The city of Savannah and the Avondale Neighborhood Association is holding a traffic calming meeting to help create solutions for speeding and traffic through the neighborhood.

The traffic calming meeting will begin at 6 p.m. in the sanctuary of Aldersgate United Methodist Church, 2020 Tennessee Avenue.

All neighborhood residents are invited to attend.
