Groups make early dash to Lafayette Square

SAVANNAH, GA (WTOC) -

Adam Jamison of Savannah was one of the first faces to rush the squares on Saturday morning.

Jamison was lined up outside of Lafayette square at 4 a.m. He made the made dash to the center if Lafayette Square at 6 a.m. With the help of his friends, he was able to stake out a spot facing out onto Abercorne Street into the parade route.

This is Jamison's third year celebrating St. Patrick's Day in Layfayette Square.
