Battle Color Detachment performance canceled

ALBANY, GA (WTOC) - The Marine Corps Logistics Base in Albany has announced the Battle Color Detachment Performance has been canceled because of those across the board spending cuts.

Base officials said the Department of Defense sent out an announcement - canceling all ceremonial travel events. The Albany Base performance was scheduled for March 20.

It was a free event for the public at the base. Representatives said crowds are always wowed by the performance.
