GARDEN CITY, GA (WTOC) -

A Richmond Hill man will face a trial after a Chatham County grand jury said he was unlawfully eavesdropping.

Garden City police arrested Charlie Carlson, of Richmond Hill, in October. They said he was recording women in a restroom using a camera concealed in a pen.

Investigators said that while Carlson worked at Bankers Life and Casualty Insurance Company off of Dean Forest Road he hid the camera in a bathroom there that was used by other businesses and also the general public.

"One of the employees came to the police station and said she found something that scared her in the bathroom," Kurt Purtee, of Garden City police, told WTOC in October.

There is no word on when the trial will take place.
