The person accused of attacking a pet pig in Effingham County this week is out on bond.

Benjamin Fullwood bonded out of the Effingham County Jail on a $25,000 bond Saturday, this according to Sheriff's Spokesman David Ehsanipoor.

"Stipulations of his bond set by Chief Magistrate Scott Hinson include for Fullwood not to be around any domestic animals and not to be in Bevill's Mobile Home Park," Ehsanipoor said.

Fullwood, who was arrested Thursday after brutally attacking a pet pig, was charged with aggravated cruelty to animals ( felony ), obstruction of a law enforcement officer, and criminal trespass.

Oliver the pig was released from Webb animal hospital early Saturday.

This case remains under investigation.
