Friday was the first day of the Beaufort County Board of Education's two day work session, and just two months after being chosen to lead the school district, new superintendent of schools Jeffrey Moss was in attendance.
Moss said he's eager to get started and he has a lot of plans for Beaufort County. The first thing on his agenda is tackling the over crowding issue at Bluffton schools.
Moss said that is one the biggest challenges right now and he's ready to meet with the community committee to go over their plans for handling the issue.
"The community worked to put together a plan and I've reviewed everything I could. Now I look forward to hearing their comments and working with them to solve this issue," said Moss.
Moss said he is also looking at ways to get more technology into the classrooms.
