BRYAN CO., GA (WTOC) - The 18-year-old mother of a toddler who was killed by a pack of the family's dogs turned herself in Tuesday to the Bryan County Sheriff's Office.
Summer Laminack was arrested on charges of second-degree cruelty to children in connection with the death of her daughter Monica.
Laminack was then released on a $5,000 O.R. Bond. She is not considered an escape risk, according to the BCSO.
