It happened at a home on Railroad Avenue in Springfield. Three adults were displaced.

"I was just going through the channels on the tv when I heard it falling. So, I broke out into a big run trying to get to her and by that time it had come on the roof. it had done fell through the house, broke the porch off and everything. I come outside, me and my neighbors we were talking about it, it's just a big mess." said Frederick Dillard, the homeowner.

The power had to be turned off until the house is deemed safe again. Dillard says he's just happy no one was hurt.

According to the Red Cross, the family has insurance and a place to stay tonight. Volunteers are providing funds and food for the family as well.
