HORRY COUNTY, SC (WMBF) - Another of "Horry County's Most Wanted" featured on WMBF News' weekly segment has been captured.
Cornelius Alexander Spivey, 29, was wanted by deputies for trafficking in cocaine, as well as simple possession of marijuana, paraphernalia, and a controlled substance charge.
He was arrested by the US Marshals Task Force on Wednesday, Sept. 4.
Spivey was first profiled by WMBF News on April 25 along with a man wanted for attempted murder.
That man, 19-year-old James Earl Hemingway, turned himself in to authorities at the Loris Police station on July 3 after the news report ran.
According to the police report, Hemingway and another man were trying to break into the shed of a home on Bennett Loop Road in Loris in April 2013. The report states that one of the victims saw the suspects and yelled at them. The men took off running while also firing shots that landed in the victim's home and car.
One of the victims told WMBF News the family is distraught following the event.
Though several wanted persons have been brought to justice, there are still men and women out there the Horry County Sheriff's Office hope to get behind bars.
