BULLOCH CO., GA (WTOC) -

A man has been charged with stealing  construction tools and equipment from two subdivisions in Bulloch County over the weekend.

Bulloch County deputies responded to thefts from construction trailers on April 28 and 29 from the Woodbridge subdivision and the Wedgefield subdivision.

Charles Graham Jr., 50, was identified as the suspect, according to the BCSO.

Graham had served time in 2006 for similar thefts and was given a 15-year sentence, but paroled out in 2011 after serving five years, according to the sheriff's office.

Investigators used a helicopter near Graham's home on Carl Starling Road and spotted a stolen trailer from the air. A search warrant was obtained for the property.

Several tools and the trailer were seized during search, according to the BCSO. The stolen gear is estimated to be worth about $30,000.

Graham was taken into custody. He's charged with two counts of felony theft by taking.

He is being held without bond at the Bulloch County Jail.
