Democratic candidate Elizabeth Colbert Busch held a meet-and-greet Friday just days before District 1 special election in South Carolina.
The stop is part of her bus tour Elizabeth Means Business. She talked to voters about jobs, getting the nation's finances back in order and being a representative they can trust.
"I have been in this community for 44 years - 25 of those I have been a business woman - and I know so many of the businesses. I have sat on the chamber board. I've been the chairman of the Maritime Association. I've spent 20 years on the waterfront. We know each other, so it's a matter of she's a business woman; she gets it; she's fiscally conservative and she can do this" Colbert Busch said.
She will be making stops through Monday evening. The election between her and Republican Mark Sanford is Tuesday.
