Savannah-Chatham Metro Police were looking into another shooting in downtown Savannah Sunday afternoon.
It happened just before 4 p.m. in the Fred Wressle neighborhood on the corner of Avery and Wilder Drive.
Two men were playing basketball, when police say one man started chasing and firing at the victim.
Major Crime Scene investigators found 2 shell casings at the scene from an unknown caliber gun.
The victim was transported to the hospital with a non-life threatening gunshot wound to the upper left thigh.
No word yet on the description of the shooting suspect or identity of the victim.
