Top honors go to a school helping fight childhood cancer.
On Tuesday, Savannah Christian Preparatory School was named the winner of the great lemonade war - the school raising the most money in the nation.
The contest held by Alex's Lemonade Stand Foundation and is based off the book "The Lemonade War".
The book tells the story of children in one neighborhood fighting to sell the most lemonade - while Alex's Lemonade stand raises money for childhood cancer.
On Tuesday, Alex's dad and author of the book Jacquelyn Davies visited the school as part of their prize. Davies signed books.
"It's amazing that what Alex started in our front yard with a table and a pitcher of lemonade has turned into the national and international fund-raiser. We're now one of the largest childhood cancer foundations and it couldn't be done without the kids across the country," said Jay Scott of Alex's Lemonade Stand Foundation.
Savannah Christian has a student fighting cancer. Another student is a cancer survivor.
