Siemens issues statement on Ben Tucker case

Siemens Infrastructure & Cities Sector, the employer of Robert Martin, the man charged in the fatal wreck that killed Savannah jazz legend Ben Tucker, has released the following statement:

Unfortunately, as a matter of policy, we do not comment on any employee's employment status. However, we can confirm that one of our employees was recently involved in a collision that  resulted in a fatality. While formal charges have been lodged, the matter remains under investigation. We await  final results of the investigation and full due process of law for our employee, who is well-respected and regarded in our organization. Our hearts go out to the family and friends of the victim, as well as to our employee, as this can only be described as a horrible tragedy that has deeply affected everybody involved.
