Gregory Jackson, and Tony Hall, who used to be a Worth County Commissioner, were indicted Wednesday by a Dougherty County grand jury on charges of theft by conversion, by fiduciary.
Seven felony counts were handed down.
The District Attorney's Office tells WALB that stock was taken from the food bank and converted for personal use by the men.
The activity dates back to 2011, and showed up in an audit of the inventory.
Most of the stolen property was donated by Procter and Gamble.
