Second arrest made in Statesboro homicide

STATESBORO, GA (WTOC) -

Statesboro police have arrested another person in connection with a homicide on Sunday.

Police said Michael Anthony Riley was fatally shot at his home on Greenbriar Trial early Sunday morning.

Tarell Momom, 34, has been arrested and charged with one count of murder in connection with Riley's death.

Riley's wife, Antoinette Riley, 48, was arrested July 1 and was charged with one count of murder. She's being held at Bulloch County Jail.

The Bulloch County District Attorney Investigators, Bulloch County Sheriff's Office, and the U.S. Marshall's Office are assisting the Statesboro Police Department in the investigation.

Momom is being held at the Dooly State Prison in Unadilla, GA. Statesboro police have not released details about his involvement.
